In addition to be being delicious, it also happened that his cooking was fast, and soon the eatery began to spread, franchise-like, to new locations. Despite essentially being a fast food restaurant, the menu shows a little more variety than one might expect from a burger joint. In addition to beef patties, diners can order prime rib steaks on buns, chicken souvlaki, and poutine with real cheese curds.
