Our produce is local grown, and our products are fresh never frozen, and made in house from our mayonnaise to our ramen. Great quality for a Great value.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
pork belly taco: over night brine then 10 hour soy braised pork belly with in house pickles or kimchi garnished with chili, thai basil, Vietnamese mint, cilantro and in house spicy mayo.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our inspiration came from wanting to serve fast, affordable but yet healthy food to university students and our local community.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing we love the most about our business is the fact that we serve great quality food with a fun shareable Tapas style dinner in a relaxed casual atmosphere.
