Chef Jose Salgado—who’s appeared on the Food Network’s Kitchen Equipped and has produced concerts for Jordan Knight and Rick Springfield—combines authentic tapas dishes with traditional Spanish entertainment so that guests don’t have to resort to playing Sudoku on a dozing date’s forehead.
