Design your own pair of deli sandwiches from DRUXY’S 12 breads, wraps, and bagels (ranging from caraway rye and challah to 10 grain and gluten-free options), 13 proteins (including everything from corned beef, roast beef and roast turkey breast to deli ham, sockeye salmon or albacore tuna salad, and falafel), and nine cheeses (including lactose-free swiss and smoked gouda). A wide variety of veggies includes basics such as lettuce and tomato as well as the more interesting avocado and anjou pear. Finish off edible masterpieces with 15 mustards, dressings, and sauces, and, if you wish, the restaurant’s customary slice of kosher dill.
