Everyone needs their own bag of tricks; Why not get them from a Celebrity Chef with David Adjey. Working with the culinary wonders of St. Lawrence Market, David will be with the help of the evenings volunteers creating a three course tasting menu with Appetizer, Entree and Dessert for you to enjoy with a glass of wine. Using his bag of tricks, the ones you’ve seen him do on such shows as Restaurant Makeover, The Opener and Iron Chef America. David believes that great chefs either in restaurants or home should be great storytellers of food and by the end of the evening you will be too. The event will be held at the spectacular St. Lawrence Market Kitchen from 7pm to 9pm (doors open at 6:30pm). There will be a cash bar featuring Wine and Beer. You will also be able to purchase an autographed copy of David’s latest cookbook De-Constructing the Dish. Your night will depend on you; we want you to get involved.
