If customers do not possess the CrossFit Level 1 certification required to attend regular CrossFit classes, they must use eight of their classes toward an introductory Ramp Up program that acquaints newcomers with the form’s functional movements and intense strength-training exercises. Students must take the safety-minded Ramp Up classes in order, attending two sessions a week for four consecutive weeks, with a choice between a Monday-and-Wednesday class at 6:30 a.m. or a Tuesday-and-Thursday class at 8 p.m.

Those certified to jump right into the regular CrossFit classes can take up to five classes per week at any of the offered times. See the full class schedule.
