OPTION 1: Complete eavestrough and downspout cleaning. Valid for up to 2 storey home. $10 extra for additional 500sq. ft. above 2000 sq. ft. If house exceeds 4000 sq. ft. please call for quote. Surcharge for any downspout removal. Does not cover any animal removal (nests, hives, animal homes etc.).
OPTION 2: Complete Roof Maintenance Package. Package includes up to 33 sq ft of shingle replacement (enough for moderately damaged roofs); 15 point roof inspection and sealing of all skylights; inspection and securing of roof ventilation system; inspection of P-stacks, with securing and sealing; securing of any loose shingles or nails; checking and sealing of all valleys; repairing ridge caps or hips; inspection for any openings for wildlife entry. Valid for up to 2 storey homes.
