Diners can slice into beef tenderloin ($39.95), alternating their meaty bites with tastes of the accompanying horseradish-bacon smashed potato, golden beets, and french beans cooked in a cast-iron beret. Quebec artisanal chicken ($29.95) wafts its fresh herbs toward noses, and roasted peppers and chimichurri bring harmony to a house made sausage tagliatelle ($22.95).
