The chefs at Peridot Resto.Lounge nix hunger pangs with their Italian-centric delights from the eatery’s robust menu of Mediterranean fare. Entrees range from pan-seared Atlantic salmon atop a bed of spinach to penne tossed with chorizo bolognese, rapini, nutmeg, and shaved grana padano. Come dessert, confections including New York–style passion-fruit cheesecake or banana, pistachio, and chocolate crepes deliver a decadent denouement more dramatic than eating a melodrama script. The Angus striploin entree is not valid as part of this offer.
