Today’s Groupon side deal: for $15, you get two tickets (a $30 value) to an upcoming performance of Bye Bye Liver Toronto, an interactive sketch-comedy show that celebrates the consumption of adult beverages. The games begin every Saturday night at 8:00 p.m., beginning February 5th and running through the last weekend in April, at the Hard Rock Cafe, across from the Eaton Centre.

Never before staged in Toronto, Bye Bye Liver has finally staggered across the US/Canada border in search of a fresh, corruptible crowd. Each performance flows through a series of skignettches—comedish for “sketch vignettes”—parodying the intoxicating world of drinking, barhopping, drinking, and drinking. Many interactive games played during the show break down the fourth wall of the theatre, fusing the estranged cast and audience into a familiar bunch of suds-soaked pals. Accompanying the show will be the bar’s liquid soundtrack, and all shows are 19+ in accordance with the law abiding law-makers.

No matter how spirited you are about spirited liquids, Bye Bye Liver will have your party’s abdominal six-packs shaking with laughter. Call ahead to make your reservations.

Reviews
Though Bye Bye Liver has yet to launch in Toronto, the play was a hit when it started in Chicago. Yelpers give it a four-star average, and the Star Tribune featured the show as it opened in Minneapolis-St. Paul.
