  • Red California blend or white Napa blend juice for 24–26 bottles of wine
  • Corks

Although bottles are not included in this deal, customers may bring their own or purchase at an additional cost ($1). Vin Bon’s winemakers guide customers through the art of creating vintages within an on-site winemaking facility. Upon arrival, guests choose from imported juices hailing from grapes based on flavour and ability to coexist with glass. Participants hand over their desired juice to winemakers for the vinting process. Vintners closely monitor each juice batch on its five-to-six-week journey to fermentation by blending ingredients in fermenters and housing the mixture until it is ready for bottling. Each batch fills 24–26 bottles of wine, which customers can assemble into sculptures of Dionysus’s favourite decanter and decorate with labels. Each newborn batch is also bolstered by Vin Bon’s guarantee.

The Grange is a small estate winery in Prince Edward County, Ontario. Theirs is a family-run agribusiness established on an over-600-acre family farm purchased in the early 70s by Robert Granger. Together with his daughter and current owner, Caroline Granger, they began the third agribusiness situated on this original Loyalist farm. Today, with 60 acres under vine, the farm is home to six distinct vineyard blocks; plantings include Pinot Gris, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, and enough Pinot Noir to make it one of the larger vineyards in Canada. The Grange proudly participates in Sustainable Winemaking Ontario and, consistently conscious of environmental impact, the vineyard is run with Integrated Pest Management, a system designed to eliminate all unnecessary viticultural interventions.
