Stepping into the Courtyard Cafe at Windsor Arms Hotel is like stepping back in time—more precisely, to 1927, when the hotel was constructed. A huge chandelier in the lobby foreshadows the cafe’s two-storey elegance, which unfolds as your eyes travel upwards. Towering wood columns and dramatically tall curtains stretch toward bright rays streaming in from skylights, and the verdant foliage in a late-Romantic-era mural seems to be nourished by that sunlight.
