High Tea has been an afternoon institution at the elegant Windsor Arms Hotel since 1927, and has even been named one of the top ten best places in the world to have tea. Three tearooms—a French-style lobby, a majestic purple space with an original working fireplace, and the Russian Red Tea Room with its velvet drapes—accommodate up to 48 people during a single service. Guests choose from a selection of more than 40 loose-leaf teas as well as nibble on fresh sandwiches, tarts, scones with preserves, and petit fours.
