At a certain stage of his life, Bob decided to utilize his knowledge in some other field than pharmacy. He began investigating what makes one ice-cream better from the other. And that is when emulsions, crystal sizes, and freezing point depression came into view. This interest in gelato and ice-cream became his hobby. With time, he complemented the recipes with specialized equipment and formed The Perfect Scoop, offering handmade artisan desserts.
