They are 60-minute long and combine a fusion of yoga and fitness with intense cardio and core workouts. Additionally, elements of balance, flexibility, and strengthening, complimented by deep breathing, relaxation, and a calming of the mind were implemented to create an enjoyable experience during the infrared heated therapy. The studio darkened candle-lit features great music to make every class as enjoyable as possible.
