I love Kodak Lens Vision Centre. I have been going there for a few years and have never had bad service and I am always welcomed with a friendly face. They all have grate knowledge of the products and are happy to answer any question you may have. Every time I have gone into the store they give me the time I need, really building a good relationship. The prices are amazing. They have everything organized in way so that you can see things within your budget. All prices are outlines are clear from the start. You always know what you are paying. The staff at this location have been so incredibly helpful. I cannot even put into words how grateful I am for this team. Just over a month ago I was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy and was having trouble with my right eye. It wasn’t closing properly, and was staying open during sleep and showers. When I contacted Jaime, she was more than happy to help. Suggested great drops for during the day, an ointment for over night, and with the care and advice herself and Dr. Lee gave me, I am seeing vast improvement. I was able to properly tape my eye shut for showers, had it well protected overnight – and luckily never suffered from dry eye or any scratches. I am unbelievably thankful that these two answered all my questions, no matter how silly I thought the questions were. They were prompt, professional and made me feel safe and comfortable. Even weeks after the initial diagnosis, I can get in touch for anything. Just over a week ago they advised me on what I could do for make-up as I had a Gala to attend. Great experience with the doctors and staff visiting here. The doctors and staff are extremely polite and did a great job in assessing my eyes. The location is great as it is right in the downtown core and close to college subway station. The interior of the store is new and looks very modern. In addition, as a student, I was thrilled that Ryerson students get a discount on the eye care as well (at least for the time being) – Louis Lo, 5 stars

My experience at the new Kodak Lens Toronto Eyecare was amazing. The appointment I made was right on time and the technicians were so very warm and polite that I felt I had been a patient here for years. All the procedures were thoroughly explained to me and done so professionally that I felt 100% comfortable during the whole time I was there. The Optometrist improved my vision with a new prescription and the staff even helped select a frame that was both stylish and fitting to my face.
